HURRICANE is the explosive story of one of Ulster’s most famous and controversial sons, Alex ‘Hurricane’ Higgins. The play takes the audience on a roller coaster ride of great joy, celebration, pathos and pain. We laugh out loud and we cry too as we watch the award winning Richard Dormer literally become the various incarnations of Higgins on his amazing ride through a turbulent life. But this is not a play merely about snooker. This is a play about an extraordinary man, his highs and lows and everything in between.
