Production Details

Maggie Muff returns to bring some muffalicious fun to the Theatre at The Mill stage for 2 performances only.

PURE AMAZEBALLS!!!

Her Facebook postings had Northern Ireland in its of laughter last summer. It all started as a joke when Leesa Harker wrote a Belfast-based spoof of Fifty Shades of Grey. Very soon it went viral and had 29,000 followers!

Hitting the Belfast stage in January 2013 Maggie Muff, Big Sally Ann and Mr Red White & Blue sold out all 9,000 seats.  Due to popular demand Maggie and her mates are going to the Grand Opera House for a 2 week run, which is sure to sell out.  If we were to say this is a laugh-a-minute evening we would be telling lies – it’s literally non-stop laughter!

Fifty Shades of Red, White and Blue tells the story of loveable Maggie Muff and her search for love, featuring laugh-out-loud characters such as big Sally Ann, Sinead the Greener and of course, the mysterious Mr Red White and Blue himself.

Caroline Curran’s performance is amongst the best ever seen on a Belfast stage. 50 Shades Of Red, White & Blue is directed by Martin Lynch and produced by Martin Lynch and Joe Rea, the team who brought you Dancing Shoes – The George Best Story and A Night With George.

“After a half an hour I thought some of the people around me were in such states of helpless laughter, they would need urgent hospitalisation”.
Andrew Hill, GOH Chief Executive.

“There isn’t much to laugh about these days so do yourself a favour, get a tickets for 50 Shades of Red White & Blue…..Go see for yourself you won’t be disappointed”.
Anne Hailes - Irish News

“The two hours flashed past, this show is well worth seeing”.
Jane Hardy – Belfast Telegraph

Yes, it’s pure filth and laughter all the way !
